Hardly any tubes that are not busted and if they want they just shut down the slides because of a couple of kids not following their unrealistic rules.
Water park is gone down hill at $21.00 a day. Staff are constantly yelling at kids for trying to have a little fun or shuffling along to fast in the hallways. It’s as if you are bothering them by being there. Lights flickering all over the place, multiple ice machines not working and if you pass any staff or security in the hall walls don’t expect an hello, how are you doing or anything. Gave away one of our friends room and did not care when they tried to check in. Staff are rude and if you need anything you won’t get it. Don’t know what happened to this hotel but don’t go.
